If you brought in WINTER ITEMS (ex. snowpants, jackets, snowboard boots, etc.) to consign at Gear Hut, they're currently in our End of Season Winter Sale! (We're keeping our fingers crossed that they move in the next couple of weeks.)

But... we're quickly reaching our "Last Call" for Winter gear pick up! Per our 24/25 updated consignor agreement you must pick up unsold seasonal items by the end of March if you don’t want your items donated or converted to store inventory! Schedule your Pick Up NOW for unsold winter items!
Bottom line:
All winter item(s) in the shop in March will be impacted by our End of Season Sale!
If your winter item(s) is still here on April 1st, it will get donated or converted to store inventory (it will no longer be yours!)!
We're officially at THIS point in our flow chart... What to do if my item didn't sell?

In the past, we would audit our inventory and email a personal pick up notice to each consignor with a list of “winter items” still remaining on the shelf. But with over 3,000 consignors… this process is no longer feasible. To streamline pick up - please schedule when you'll be by so we can pre-gather your unsold gear!
You can check your consignor account to see if your items have sold (if you are unsure of your login information give us a call at the store and we can help you access your account)!
Winter items liable for auto conversion to shop inventory are clearly marked in your consignor account with an end date of March 31st (3/31/2025).

If your items have sold, give us a call to request a check or swing by the shop for a shopping spree where your account goes 10% further!
OR, if your items are still ACTIVE, schedule your end of season PICK UP. OR, if you never want to see your old Winter gear again... you can let them auto convert to shop inventory, it helps us keep our doors open, employing your neighbors and getting gear out and into the community! (All converted winter gear will be stored off site on April 1 until next winter season!)
Help us prepare the shop for Spring inventory by understanding the above information and your responsibility to pick up your gear! Cheers to spring inventory! Keep an eye out for updates on boat and bike intake!
