Closing out the Season: Winter Pick-up Windows & SALE

Did you consign WINTER Gear or Apparel (skis, snowpants, snowboard boots, etc) thru Gear Hut this season? Then it's officially time to log into your consignor account to see if they have sold! (Contact us if you're having issues accessing your account info@gearhutreno.com)

If they have, yabadabadoooo! Give us a call to request a check or to run ACH payouts OR even better... swing by the shop for a shopping spree where your account balance goes 10% further. If they haven't sold: check out our flow chart below to figure out your ideal PICK UP WINDOW based on your end goal for your gear.

If you do NOT want your items in our End of Season Sale: you can SCHEDULE your pick up date with us online to streamline the pick up process!

Essentially, if your item is still in the shop on March 17, it will be impacted by our End of Season Sale... which is our push to clear out the shelves of ski boots, snowboard boots, skis, jackets. AKA: all the racks we need empty within 2 weeks for kayaks and paddling season! Sale discounts will be split from both consignor AND store side. The sale will start at 35% off on March 17 and up to 50% on March 21/22. These discounts are off of what we originally priced your gear when it came in (not off their discounted price drops).

SCHEDULE your PRE SALE Pick-Up if you do NOT want your item to be a part of our End of Season SALE! It'll help us streamline your pickup process as we can pre-collect your items for you!

AFTER the sale, you can pick up any other unsold WINTER gear/apparel, because if your item is still here at the end of day on March 29, it will get transferred to shop inventory and stored off site.

Schedule your FINAL End of Season Pick Up if you are OK with your items being in the sale, but DO want them back at the end of season if they do not sell.

Gear Hut will be CLOSED March 30/31 to clean, pack and prep the shop for boat and bike season! Ready for intake on April 1!
