End of Summer is Coming: Check your pick up dates.

Dudes?! How is it already AUGUST?!

We're quickly approaching the end of Gear Hut's Summer Season (April 1 – Aug 27) ... with September dedicated to clearing out all summer inventory so we can make room for winter gear starting Oct. 14!). Summer gear drop off will firmly close on August 26!

Important Reminder: All summer items must be picked up by September 27. Any unclaimed summer gear left in the shop after that date will automatically become store inventory on Oct. 1 and stored off site.

End of Season Sale & Pick-Up Guidelines: Our Summer Sale will run from September 15-20, offering great deals to help clear out remaining seasonal gear and make room for winter intake to begin in October!

If you do not want your items to be included in September’s discounted sale, please plan to pick them up during the early pick-up window: Sept 2-13. Schedule your PICK UP HERE!

For any unsold items that remain after the Summer Sale, the final pick-up window is September 22–27. Schedule your PICK UP HERE!

NOTE: Scheduling your pick up with the links above will streamline our process on the backend. We can have your unsold items pre-found and ready for a speedy pick up when you come by on your scheduled day!

Here is a brief list of some items that would be impacted by our seasonal pick up requirements! Essentially - if it's more summer specific and takes up space that we need to dedicate to ski season, we need it GONE!

• Summer Apparel (shorts/tanks/sandals/dresses/ boardshorts & bathing suits)

• ALL Paddling Gear: (boats/wet & drysuits/paddles/drybags/PFDs/etc)

• Bike Apparel:  (jerseys/shorts/pants/helmets/ shoes)

• Bikes Racks/Tailgate Covers

How do I see if my items are impacted by the SEASONAL Pick Up Policy?

Log into your consignor account to see what items are subject to our seasonal policies

1) Select the ITEM tab.

2) Set Status to ACTIVE.

3) Use the calendar at the top to show "year to date".

4) Sort by EXPIRE Date and look for Active Items with an end date of 9/27.

Nothing there? You're in the clear! Got a couple items? Take a look and make a decision about how you're moving forward! Make sure you note the pick up dates above. Any SUMMER ITEM left in the shop after Sept 27. 1 will be AUTOMATICALLY transferred to store inventory and potentially stored off site.
