WHAT WE TAKE
Gear Hut does NOT buy any items outright,
payment is only in the form of check or store credit AFTER an item sells.
Any items not included on an emailed consignment receipt must
be picked up within 24 hours or they will be donated.
All items must be CLEAN, contained, include all parts and in working condition.
We have a 2 bag drop off limit/visit to reduce backlog and to serve as many consignors as possible. If you have a mass drop off, please CONTACT US to schedule an appointment.

Consignment Seasons
Gear Hut's year is split into 2 distinct retail seasons, summer and winter.
Our summer season runs from April- August.
Our winter season runs from September - March.
We host 2 end of season sales each year to make room for the upcoming season's inventory. At the end of each season, we will NOT renew consignment terms for past season's items and you will be e-mailed to pick up your items within 14 days.
CURRENTLY IN:
TRANSITION/Pause thru March 5th
All consignors must present ID and be 18 years of age to consign and set up an account with Gear Hut.
We accept consignment based on store capacity and demand. Items should be no older than 6-8 years old.
If you're questioning if we will take an item, think "could I buy this at REI?"
If the answer is yes, we will probably take it.
